
To make an image backup of a Windows 10 system disk using WD Edition, do I need to shutdown/restart/reboot with special media, or can the image be generated "online", that is, while I continue to use Windows? (ATI 2018 lists online image creation as a feature) 2018 version? Because it looks to me like the "WD Edition" I can download is a 2016 version.
